Mark C. Richardson

Mark Richardson joined Citizens Business Bank in July of 2002. He became Manager of the Glendale Business Financial Center in July of 2003 and later became Senior Vice President and Manager of the Pasadena Center in October of 2005. In 2008, Mark was promoted to Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the ten Business Financial Centers located in the San Gabriel Valley. Mark was then chosen to lead the Commercial Real Estate Banking Group, which was formed in 2010. While overseeing the Commercial Real Estate Banking Group, Mark was also responsible for the formation and management of Citizens Home Lending, as well as management of the SBA Department prior to the acquisition of Community Bank in 2018. In December of 2020, Mark was chosen to lead the Combined Real Estate Groups, which included the Los Angeles Group, the Pasadena Group, and the Orange County Group. Before joining Citizens Business Bank, Mark was Vice President and Manager of the SBA Department at Western Security Bank for nine years. Prior to this position, he worked in the Los Angeles District Office of the United States Small Business Administration.

Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles and his Master of Business Administration Degree at Pepperdine University.
