Rudy I. Ramirez

Rudy Ramirez, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, joined the bank in April 2022 as a seasoned bank cybersecurity leader specializing in protecting corporate value and solving business challenges through a strategic, risk-based approach. Prior to joining Citizens Business Bank, Rudy served as Chief Information Security Officer for Pacific Premier Bank and Opus Bank, where he oversaw cybersecurity, physical security, business continuity, fraud, data governance, and privacy.

Rudy is a graduate of Western Governors University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), and also serves as a CISO Governing Body Member for the Southern California CISO Community.
